Born brandologist, marketing maven, graphically gifted, a wonder with words, and a brain for business, Wendy Zachman is a natural communicator. A baseball fanatic and a firearms aficionado, she is formally trained in the History of Art with a strong background in math and science. An adventurer, she has lived in Northern Virginia, Minnesota, Texas, Illinois, and Germany, among other places, and recently moved from Oregon where she built Leupold & Steven's social media from the ground up. Extremely organized with an eye for detail, she needs little supervision. She is driven, timely, and personable and has often been told she is the glue that holds a department together. She has not only the aptitude for critical thinking, but a flourishing creative side as well. She thinks outside the box, but understands the importance of towing the line. She believes a smile and a firm handshake are indispensable business tools and she is just as comfortable in business attire as at the range in a pair of 5.11s.
